Great effort and investment by the scholars who successfully completed the Rutabaga’s Comfort Food Made in Summer 2021 shot and dribble challenge.

Successful completion included those who made 1202 shots and dribbled 170 minutes. Those in 2nd-4th grade were required to complete ½ the amount to be eligible. Each submitted their respective shot and dribble logs and will receive a challenge completion shirt (pictured) and are entered into a drawing for a completion prize package.

“We are appreciative of Rutabaga’s for their support and sponsorship of this challenge. Great players put extra time into their craft just like Sara and her staff does in the food they prepare. To get better at anything it must occur outside of practice, and games. These scholars are an example of those who took that initiative, competed against self and will see it pay off not only on the court but beyond,” said Peter Ferguson, Made in Summer Coordinator.
